Government of the Punjab Finance Department issued a Notification on 05-10-2022 in connection with the Notification Revised Incentive Allowance 2022 Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 400,000/-. The employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 can get this incentive allowance.

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and state that the Competent Authority i.e the Chief Minister has been pleased to decide that in supersession of this department’s letter dated 31-12-2019, the inservice regular Government servants so appointed/posted in projects, programs, Policy Units / Policy Cells / Companies / Authorities / Foundations / Funds. Commission.PITB and Administrative Departments against non-cadred posts shall be entitled to the grant of Incentive Allowance under project code “A01250” in addition to their admissible salary (Substantive pay + admissible allowances) under the respective pay scales with effect from the date a case is considered and recommended by Selection Board constituted vide order of Finance Department of the dated 22-10-2019. The following revised rates of the incentive allowance shall be applicable with effect from 1st October 2022.

10 BPS-01 to BPS-04 Rs. 35,000/-

T&C for the Allowance

 

The incentive mentioned above allowance shall be admissible subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

It will be reviewed annually by the Selection Board in the light of the above-referred Notification.

In case, Executive Allowance or any other cadre post-specific allowance is admissible, then there will be the option to choose either.

    This increase of SALARIES TO GOVT SERVANTS IS DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE. POOR PEOPLE AND MIDDLE CLASS ARE BEING BUTCHERED WITH TAXES.
    GOVT SERVANTS ARE GIVEN FREE ELECTRICITY FREE PETROL FREE HOUSES AND FREE GAS. WHAT FOR WHEN THEY ARE HIGHLY PAID THEY SHOULD PAY AS OTHER CITIZENS DO.
