Regularization of Employees Appointed under PMAP-2006 & PMAP-2015
The Establishment Division issued orders on 05-01-2022 in connection with the Regularization of Employees Appointed under PMAP-2006 & 2015. These orders are to Regularize 28 employees Appointed under Prime Minister Assistance Package 2006 and 2015. As per PMAS policy, they had been appointed on a contract basis. Now, the Establishment Division issues order as per the new policy of the Government for the regularization of Employee.
Notification Regularization Contract Employees Dec 2022 under PMAP
Notification Regularization Contract Employees Dec 2022 under Prime Minister Assistance Package has been issued by the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives on 29-12-2022. This Notification is in response to the recent Notification of Regular Appointment under the PM Assistance package. According to the previous Notification, all contract employees appointed under the Prime Minister Assistance package are now regular and this letter is from a particular department/minister/division.

Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division issued an Office Memorandum on 23-12-2022 in connection with Notification Regular Appointment under PM Assistance Package 2022. According to this new Notification, the contract employees already working under Prime Minister Assistance Package are now regular with immediate effect. The rules for a regular appointments for future ones have been established. The details are as under:
