Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued a Notification on 11-12-2020 in connection with Grant of Advance Salary December 2020 to All Government Employees. The details of the salary disbursement for the Month of Dec 2020 for Punjab Govt employees are as under:
Advance Salary December 2020 to All Govt Employees
In the wake of 01st 2nd & 3rd January 2021 (Friday being a bank holiday, Saturday & Sunday being gazette holidays), Governor of Punjab is pleased to approve that pay & allowance and pension of Government employees/pensioners of Government of Punjab may be disbursed on 31st December 2020 as provided in Note -1 below Rule 5.1(1) (e), Punjab Financial Rules Vol-I.
The Department requests to take further necessary action accordingly. They should ensure for disbursement of pay allowances and pension on 31st December 2020 positively.
It is to mention here that all Punjab Government employees and other provinces employees, as well as the Federal Government employees, will get an increase in salary due to an annual increment 2020. The employees will receive an increase in Adhoc Relief Allowances 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
